Statute Text

Use by counties of moneys received from federal government under the Mineral Leasing Act. All funds received from the United States Government under the Mineral Leasing Act and Acts amendatory thereof and distributed to counties pursuant to ORS 293.565 shall be used for the support of public schools or for the construction and maintenance of public roads in such counties.
