Statute Text
Monthly reports by investment officer to council. Not later than 15 days after the last day of each month, the investment officer shall submit to the Oregon Investment Council a report of the investments made during the preceding month. The report shall include a detailed summary of investment, reinvestment, purchase, sale and exchange transactions, setting forth, among other matters, the investments bought, sold and exchanged, the dates thereof, the prices paid and obtained, the names of the dealers involved and a statement of the accounts referred to in ORS 293.756. The investment officer may send copies of the report to investment bankers and brokers recommended by the council. [1967 c.335 §15]
