Statute Text
Statements to be rendered to Secretary of State. The Secretary of State shall from time to time require all persons receiving moneys or securities, or having the disposition or management of any property of the state, of which an account is kept in the office of the Secretary of State, to render statements thereof to the Secretary of State. All such persons shall render such statement at such time and in such form as the Secretary of State requires. [Formerly 291.566]
