Adoption of uniform procedure for issuing duplicate instruments.
State officers, boards,
departments or commissions lawfully issuing instruments upon the State
Treasurer may adopt the uniform procedure of issuing and delivering to all
parties entitled thereto duplicate instruments to replace those lost, stolen or
destroyed, in accordance with ORS 293.475. [Formerly 291.522; 1969 c.142 §2;
