Recourse of owners of unpaid checks.
The lawful owner of any check or order included in the report referred to in
ORS 293.450 and not paid may file a claim with the State Treasurer in the
manner provided by ORS 98.392 and 98.396. [Formerly 291.514; 1967 c.454 §65;
