Statute Text
Encumbrances; rules.
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may adopt rules and
regulations defining encumbrances as used in ORS chapters 291, 292 and 293
and the manner in which they are to be charged to appropriations and
expenditure limitations. [1971 c.341 §2]
