Use of balances to purchase bonds in advance. Balances to the credit of the Employes’ Bond Savings Account may be used for the purchase in advance, from the federal government or from any federal reserve bank or other authorized federal agency, of savings bonds or other obligations of the federal government, either in blank or in inscribed form, in convenient denominations to meet the requirements of the purchasers thereof.
