Statute Text
Designation of agent. The chief administrative officer of any state agency electing to use the procedure provided by ORS 292.014 to 292.036 shall designate the Oregon Department of Administrative Services as an agent to act for the chief administrative officer under ORS 292.014 to 292.036. The designation shall be in writing signed by the chief administrative officer of the state agency and filed with the department. The designation shall remain in effect until the chief administrative officer of the state agency revokes it by written notice to the department. [1955 c.495 §3]
