Statute Text
Appropriation from General Fund to constitute a credit only. An appropriation of any sum of money from the General Fund by any law shall not be considered as segregating or setting aside the amount of such appropriation from the moneys constituting the General Fund, but shall be considered and construed as constituting a credit in favor of the appropriation for the amount stated in the law making the appropriation, subject to allotment as provided in ORS 291.232 to 291.260.
