by section 8 of this 2019 Act, the State Chief Information Officer shall include in the economic development section on the Oregon transparency website required under ORS 276A.253 (4)(d) the names of persons who received grants or loans from the Oregon Innovation Council under ORS 284.735 as in effect immediately before the effective date of this 2019 Act [May 22, 2019], and the purpose and amount of the grant or loan, as long as any persons receive such grants or loans.
