Statute Text
Role of local governments in implementation of state economic development strategy. Local governments, as defined in ORS 174.116, shall participate in the implementation of the state economic development strategy developed under ORS 284.570 by demonstrating a willingness to: (1) Coordinate local economic development plans with the state economic development strategy; and (2) Expedite amendments to comprehensive plans and land use regulations.
