Statute Text
Duties
of team.
The
Economic Revitalization Team established pursuant to ORS 284.555, acting
through the regulatory efficiency group agencies, shall:
(1) Give priority
to expediting permits or other actions necessary for development projects
proposed for a site identified for industrial or traded sector development
under section 12, chapter 800, Oregon Laws 2003; and
(2) Take actions
that are necessary to facilitate the implementation of the state economic
development strategy developed under ORS 284.570. [2003 c.800 §14]
