Statute Text
Director; appointment; powers. The Oregon Film and Video Office shall be under the administrative control of a director, who is appointed by and who holds office at the pleasure of the Film and Video Board. The board shall set the compensation of the director. The director of the office may appoint all subordinate officers and employees of the office and may prescribe their duties and fix their compensation. The director of the office may delegate to any subordinate officer or employee any administrative duty, function or power imposed upon the office by law. [1995 c.242 §5]
