Statute Text
Maintenance of tourist information centers. The Oregon Tourism Commission shall establish and maintain official tourist information centers near the principal entrance points into the state, and at other locations it considers appropriate, to be used to provide information to the public about public accommodations, transportation, commercial services for the traveling public, campgrounds, parks, recreational areas and points of interest. The commission may contract for the construction, maintenance and operation of such tourist information centers. [Formerly 285A.288]
