Statute Text
to 284.148 do not require a state agency to provide services to the
commission other than pursuant to a voluntary interagency agreement or
contract.
(4) The
commission shall adopt personnel policies and contracting and purchasing
procedures. The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall review those
policies and procedures for compliance with applicable state and federal laws
and collective bargaining contracts.
(5) Except as
otherwise provided by law, members and employees of the commission are eligible
to receive the same benefits as state employees and are entitled to retain
their State of Oregon hire dates, transfer rights and job bidding rights, all
without loss of seniority, and to the direct transfer of all accumulated state
