Display of information that program is financed by State Lottery. Any economic development program financed with proceeds from the state lottery authorized by section 4, Article XV of the Oregon Constitution, and ORS chapter 461 shall have displayed conspicuously on the site or as part of the program information specifying that the program is being financed by the state lottery. [Formerly 284.430 and then 461.710 in 1991]
