Statute Text
Issuance of bonds.
Bonds authorized under ORS 280.410 to 280.485 shall be issued in accordance
with the provisions of the charter of the city relating to bonds payable from
income of revenue producing facilities. Bond issues may mature at any time
within 40 years from the date of issue. Bonds shall be issued as prescribed in
