Statute Text
Severability.
If
any provision of ORS 28.200 to 28.255 or the application thereof to any person,
court, or circumstance is held invalid the invalidity does not affect other
provisions or applications of ORS 28.200 to 28.255 which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
ORS 28.200 to 28.255 are severable. [1983 c.103 §10]
