Statute Text
Penalties. (1) Subject to ORS 153.022, a person who violates any rule lawfully promulgated under this chapter commits a Class A violation. (2) Any agency or officer of the state having authority to regulate parking may enter into agreements or contracts with any county, city or political subdivision under such terms as the agency or officer considers advisable to prosecute violations of subsection (1) of this section. (3) Any person who in any way intentionally or maliciously damages or obstructs any water line of the public buildings and grounds or state institution or in any way contaminates or renders the water impure or injurious is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in ORS 431.990 for violation of the statutes enumerated therein.
