Statute Text
Determining buildings to be constructed, altered, repaired, furnished and equipped. The Department of Corrections, the Department of Human Services, the Oregon Health Authority and the State Board of Education each shall determine the buildings to be constructed, altered, repaired, furnished and equipped for the use of institutions and activities under their respective jurisdictions. The governing board of a public university listed in ORS 352.002 shall determine the buildings to be constructed, altered, repaired, furnished and equipped for the use of public universities or offices, departments or activities under its jurisdiction.
