Statute Text
State Building Fund. There is established a fund in the State Treasury to be known as the State Building Fund which shall be used for the construction, alteration and repair of buildings required for use of institutions and activities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections, the Department of Human Services, the Oregon Health Authority, the governing boards of public universities listed in ORS 352.002 or the State Board of Education and for the furnishing and equipping of buildings so constructed, altered or repaired.
