Statute Text
Assignment of excess space; rental and additional charges.
Whenever space in the office
building authorized by chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1971, exceeds current
requirements of the Employment Department, the Oregon Department of
Administrative Services may assign such space pursuant to ORS 276.004 and
276.410. However, rental rates for space so assigned shall be computed as
provided in ORS 276.575 and shall be subject to maintenance and necessary
