“Office quarters” defined; department may enter into leases and rental agreements on behalf of certain agencies. (1) For the purposes of ORS 276.420 to 276.440, “office quarters” means office space, office buildings and related service, storage and parking facilities and may also include factory built, modular or portable units. (2) Where any agency does not have authority by law to enter into a lease or rental agreement for office quarters, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall have authority, with the approval of the agency, to enter into a lease or rental agreement on behalf of the agency.
