Submission of rent schedule to Emergency Board or Joint Interim Committee on Ways and Means. Not later than June 30 of each even-numbered year, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall submit to the Emergency Board or to the Joint Interim Committee on Ways and Means a schedule of rentals proposed for the biennium beginning on July 1 of the next calendar year.
