Statute Text
Transfer of certain buildings, grounds and facilities when vacated; operation;
maintenance.
When
vacated and no longer required for institution uses, all or any portion of the
buildings, grounds and facilities presently operated and controlled by the
Department of Human Services, the Department of Corrections, the Oregon Health
Authority or the State Board of Education, are transferred to the Oregon
Department of Administrative Services when so ordered by the Oregon Department
of Administrative Services. Title shall vest automatically in the Oregon Department
of Administrative Services in the name of the State of Oregon and the
department shall operate and maintain all facilities described in this section.
