Statute Text
Fire
and other insurance.
The Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, as an
operating cost, shall insure the office buildings against fire and other
hazards in such sums as required to protect the value of buildings. Such
insurance shall be provided under the provisions of ORS chapter 278. [1957
