Statute Text
Public access to state offices. The Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, where practicable, shall give priority in the assignment of ground floor space not leased under the terms of ORS 276.440 to state activities requiring regular contact with members of the public. To the extent ground floor space is not available, the director shall provide space with maximum ease of access to building entrances. [1977 c.599 §5; 2019 c.278 §8] Note: See note under 276.093.
