and 276.110 to 276.137, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) “Cost of acquisition” includes the costs of sites, plans, specifications, architects’ fees, interest on investments of the investing funds and all other costs related to the erection and equipping of office buildings or to the purchase, alteration, repair and equipping of buildings for office purposes. (2) “Investing agency” means the board, commission, department or other agency whose funds are defined as investment funds in ORS 293.701. (3) “Investing funds” means those funds enumerated in ORS 293.701 (2), when invested pursuant to ORS 276.009, 276.013, 276.015 and 276.110 to 276.137. (4) “Office building” means any building, or portion thereof, in the State of Oregon acquired under ORS 276.009, 276.013, 276.015 and 276.110 to 276.137, by appropriation therefor, or as otherwise provided by law, to provide office quarters for state agencies and may include parking, storage, motor pool, service and other facilities. (5) “State Treasurer” means the State Treasurer in the capacity of investment officer for the Oregon Investment Council.
