Conditions in leases and permits; execution; delivery of bonds or contracts to
department.
(1)
The form of lease shall contain, in addition to other provisions deemed
necessary and desirable by the Department of State Lands, after consultation
with the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, the State Fish and
Wildlife Commission and other interested agencies, boards and commissions, the
provisions of ORS 274.780 to 274.860.
(2) The form of a
permit shall contain, in addition to other provisions deemed necessary and
desirable by the Department of State Lands, after consultation with the State
Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, the State Fish and Wildlife
Commission and other interested agencies, boards and commissions, the
provisions of ORS 274.785 (3).
(3) All leases
and other instruments required in carrying out ORS 274.705 to 274.860 shall be
executed by the Department of State Lands. All bonds, contracts and other
instruments required by ORS 274.705 to 274.860 for the protection of the
interests of this state and political subdivisions, persons and property
therein shall be executed and delivered to the department. [1961 c.619 §§9,28;
