Statute Text
Prohibited drilling requirements. In leasing lands subject to ORS 274.705 to 274.860, the Department of State Lands may not discriminate between bidders by requiring drilling from: (1) Upland or littoral drill sites; (2) Sites on filled land, whether contiguous or noncontiguous to the littoral lands or uplands; or (3) Any pier, platform or other fixed or floating structure in, on or over lands subject to ORS 274.705 to 274.860, with respect to which this state or any other owner thereof has consented to use.
