Statute Text
Scope
of leases and permits; persons ineligible.
(1) Any interests in lands, or lands in fee simple,
acquired by the Department of State Lands by purchase, donation, lease
condemnation or otherwise, may be made available to any lessee of the state for
the purposes contained in ORS 274.705 to 274.860 and upon such terms as may be
determined by the department.
(2) No permit or
lease shall be granted to any person then in violation of any laws or rules
applicable to ORS 274.705 to 274.860. [1961 c.619 §§32, 38,43; 1967 c.421 §162]
