Statute Text
Surveys and plans for reclamation of lands.
In addition to its powers under ORS 274.210 to
274.260, the Department of State Lands may cause reclamation surveys, plans and
specifications to be made for the reclaiming of any unsold swamp lands and
submersible lands under the control of the department. [Amended by 1967 c.421 §127;
1969 c.594 §42]
