Findings of board; notice; rehearing procedure. The findings of the Board of County Commissioners of Clatsop County with respect to an application shall be set out concisely in writing, and a copy served on the applicant not later than the 10th day after they are rendered. Not later than the 30th day after receipt of a copy of such findings or within such further time as the county board authorizes on a showing of good cause, an applicant may request a rehearing if the applicant was denied on grounds that there was insufficient evidence under ORS 273.865 (1)(d). If the county board grants a rehearing, it shall give notice thereof as provided in ORS 273.870. The findings of the county board after a rehearing, or after the time for requesting a rehearing has elapsed, are final, subject only to judicial review as provided in ORS 273.880. [1969 c.495 §10]
