Statute Text
(1).
(2) No ad valorem
taxes paid or owing with respect to lands described in ORS 273.850 (1) shall be
refunded or canceled on the ground that the State of Oregon may have been the
legal owner of such lands before January 1, 1970. [1969 c.495 §§2,3]
