Statute Text
Execution
and delivery of instruments.
All documents required in carrying out ORS 273.522 to 273.541 shall be executed
by the Director of the Department of State Lands, and all bonds, contracts and
other instruments required by ORS 273.522 to 273.541 for the protection of the
interests of the state shall be delivered to the Department of State Lands. [Formerly
