Statute Text
Execution and record of deeds. (1) Upon full payment of the purchase price and any accrued interest thereon the Director of the Department of State Lands shall execute a deed to the purchaser in a form prescribed by the rules of the Department of State Lands. (2) The department shall maintain appropriate records of all deeds issued under this section. [Formerly 273.160]
