Statute Text
Eligibility to purchase state lands.
Any individual who is 18 years of age or older and who is a citizen of the
United States, or has declared an intention to become a citizen, may apply to
purchase state lands. [1967 c.421 §51 (enacted in lieu of 273.030)]
