Statute Text
Department powers in exchanges, settlements and indemnifications.
The Department of State Lands may
enter into contracts with any person owning lands adapted to the purposes of
ORS 273.316 to 273.345 and 273.511, for the subdivision, settlement and sale of
all or any portion thereof, under the direction and supervision of the
department and such conditions as may be agreed to. [Formerly 273.640; 1969
