Statute Text
Transfer of property by city or town to county for public institutions and
works.
Whenever
any property or rights therein required by any county in carrying out public
purposes is owned by an incorporated city or town within such county, the city
or town may, if in the judgment of the governing body of the city or town the
public may be benefited thereby, convey and transfer to such county by proper
conveyances, and the county may accept, such property or rights. [Amended by
