Statute Text
Indemnifying political subdivision for loss or damage resulting from occupancy of its property. Any political subdivision occupying a street or public property of another political subdivision by any structure above, on or under the surface, may provide a contract of indemnity to protect the other political subdivision against loss or damage resulting from that occupancy.
