Statute Text
Disposition of operating fund revenues.
At the end of each biennium, the Oregon Department of
Administrative Services shall transfer from the Oregon Department of
Administrative Services Operating Fund to the Capital Projects Fund established
by ORS 276.005 all revenue from the rental or lease of property described in
ORS 270.150 not expended for administration, taxes, repairs or improvements. [Formerly
