Statute Text
Limitation on condemnation power for certain facilities.
Notwithstanding any power of
condemnation, the district shall not acquire existent major cultural,
convention, exhibition, sports or entertainment facilities owned by a public or
municipal corporation without the consent of the governing body of that corporation.
