Statute Text
Acceptance of funds from United States.
The district may:
(1) Accept,
without limitation by any other provision of ORS 267.010 to 267.394 requiring
approval of indebtedness, any contributions or loans from the United States for
the purpose of carrying out any provision of ORS 267.010 to 267.394; and
(2) Do anything
that the board considers necessary in order to avail itself of aid, assistance
or cooperation under this section under any federal law. [1969 c.643 §37]
