General manager’s attendance at board meetings; pro tempore manager. (1) The general manager shall attend the meetings of the board and may participate in its deliberations, but has no vote. (2) The board may appoint a general manager pro tempore during the absence or disability of the general manager. [1969 c.643 §16]
