Statute Text
District attorney to aid board; special counsel.
The district board may call upon
the district attorney for advice as to any district business. The district
attorney shall give advice when called on therefor by the board. The board may
at any time employ special counsel for any purpose. [Amended by 1969 c.668 §20;
