Permissible services; agreement required. A domestic water supply district may perform services related to the administration or operation of a corporation organized to supply water for domestic purposes, including maintenance, repair or replacement of infrastructure owned or operated by the corporation, pursuant to an agreement entered into by the domestic water supply district with: (1) A cooperative corporation organized under ORS chapter 62 that supplies water for domestic purposes; or (2) A mutual benefit corporation organized under ORS chapter 65 that supplies water for domestic purposes.
