Statute Text
Position numbers for commissioners; certification of position number.
(1) Each office of commissioner
shall be designated by number as Position No. 1, Position No. 2 and so forth.
(2) The secretary
of a district shall assign a position number to each office on the board. The
number so assigned shall be certified by the secretary to the commissioner in
office holding that position. A copy of the certification shall be filed with
