Adoption of fire prevention code. A district which has provided fire protection under ORS 264.340 may, in accordance with ORS 198.510 to 198.600, adopt a fire prevention code. [1953 c.206 §1; 1969 c.666 §24; 1971 c.268 §23; 1971 c.647 §39]
