Statute Text

Bond sale procedure. All general obligation and revenue bonds, including refunding bonds, issued under ORS 264.250 to 264.270 shall be advertised and sold in the manner prescribed in ORS chapter 287A for the sale of bonds of cities of this state. [Amended by 2009 c.538 §11]
