Statute Text
Inventory and sale of district property.
The trustees shall proceed at once to take, or cause
to be taken, an inventory of all property of the district, its assets and
liabilities, and shall sell the same as a whole or any part thereof upon such
terms and conditions as the trustees deem advisable.
